We start with your brief, budget and block — checking zoning, planning overlays, easements and soil conditions.
Your home is designed around the site and your brief, then documented and taken through planning and building permits.
Once permits are issued, services are disconnected, the existing house is demolished and the site is prepared for construction.
Registered trades build your home under a dedicated site supervisor, with progress updates at every stage.
A final inspection and occupancy permit are completed before handover — then the keys are yours.

- Do I need council approval?
- Yes — a demolition permit and building permit at minimum, and sometimes a planning permit. We manage them on your behalf.
- Can I stay in my home during the rebuild?
- You’ll need somewhere else to live from demolition to handover — we’ll help you plan the timing.
- Is every property suitable?
- Suitability depends on zoning, site conditions and planning requirements, which we assess up front.
